Six of nine provinces in Bolivia are on strike today due to an approval of a new Constitution that was voted last Saturday by a constituent assembly in Sucre.
President of Bolivia, Mr. Evo Morales, said he is waiting for the restore of the assembly and finally approve all details of the new Constitution, which will be voted in a general poll later.
“Those who reject the new Constitution are the same motherland-sellers who never want a constituent assembly”, told Mr. Morales.
Four were killed in Sucre in the violent protest on weekend.
